Job Description
The Central Bank of Kenya is recruiting a legal officer to support regulation of microfinance banks, SACCOs, and digital lending platforms. Help shape the regulatory framework for financial inclusion in Kenya.
Responsibilities
Advise on licensing and supervision of microfinance institutions. Draft regulatory guidelines and circulars. Review applications for digital lending licenses. Support enforcement actions against non-compliant entities.
Requirements
LLB degree. 3-5 years in banking regulation, microfinance, or financial services law. Knowledge of the CBK Act, Microfinance Act, and Central Bank digital lending regulations.

KSh300,000 - KSh500,000/month
