The role is based anywhere in the United States, with strong preference to Wilmington, DE facility. This role will be hybrid depending on location and manager's discretion, with the candidate ideally local to a notary as that is a crucial piece of the role.

Where Youโll Make a Differenceย
- Support regulatory activities for the Animal Nutrition and Health portfolio across the United States and Canadaย
- Prepare and contribute to regulatory submissions, including Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS), Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO), and Canadian feed (CFIA) approvalsย
- Partner with R&D teams to provide regulatory guidance on product development, safety, and complianceย
- Manage U.S. state feed license requirements, including registrations and tonnage reportingย
- Collaborate with global regulatory colleagues to support product registrations and compliance initiativesย
- Maintain and update regulatory documentation, including tracking tools for North American registrationsย
- Coordinate legalization and documentation requests for global feed registrations from U.S. manufacturing sitesย
- Participate in industry associations (e.g., Animal Nutrition Association of Canada, American Feed Industry Association) to support advocacy and regulatory alignmentย
What Makes You the Right Fitย
- Bachelorโs degree in Biology or a closely related scientific fieldย
- 3-8 years of experience in regulatory affairs or related scientific/regulatory workย
- Experience preparing regulatory submissions, dossiers, or scientific/technical documentationย
- Understanding of animal nutrition, biological products, and safety/efficacy evaluationย
- Experience supporting product registrations, approvals, or market access activitiesย
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teamsย
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation management skillsย
How Would You Stand Out?ย
- Experience engaging with regulatory agencies and industry trade associationsย related to animal nutrition specifically
- Continuous learning mindset with flexibility to expand into new applications or regulatory regionsย
- Preference for experience in the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements for Canadian market, with working knowledge of US also
