Job Description

Zagrebačka banka (UniCredit Group) is looking for a Paralegal to join its legal department and assist with loan documentation, security registration, and credit file management. This is an excellent entry point into banking law within a major European financial institution.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review loan agreements, guarantees, and mortgage documentation. Register security interests with the Croatian Land Registry and FINA. Maintain credit files and ensure documentation completeness. Coordinate with notaries on document authentication. Assist lawyers with due diligence and closing checklists.

Requirements

Completed or ongoing law degree or paralegal qualification. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of Croatian contract and property law. Proficiency in Croatian and English. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
