About the Role
HFW Greece is looking for a Paralegal to support our maritime claims team in Piraeus. You will work on shipping disputes, marine insurance claims, and admiralty matters alongside one of the world's leading maritime law firms.
Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers with preparation of pleadings and arbitration submissions
- Organize evidence, correspondence, and expert reports for maritime disputes
- Conduct research on Greek and English maritime law and international conventions
- Prepare chronologies, case summaries, and hearing bundles
- Liaise with P&I clubs, surveyors, and expert witnesses
Requirements
- Law degree from a Greek or UK university
- 0-2 years of experience in maritime law or litigation support
- Interest in shipping and maritime industry
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Greek
