Legal Paralegal — The Law Chambers Myanmar

The Law Chambers is hiring a Paralegal to support our litigation team in Mandalay. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone with a law degree or legal studies background who wants to build practical litigation skills in a respected Myanmar law firm.

You will assist Advocates with case preparation, manage court filing schedules with the Mandalay Region courts, conduct legal research on Myanmar statutes and case law, and maintain client files. The role provides hands-on exposure to courtroom procedures and Myanmar legal practice.

• Prepare court filing documents and maintain filing calendars
• Conduct legal research on Myanmar statutes and judicial decisions
• Organize and maintain client case files and evidence bundles
• Assist Advocates with trial preparation and witness coordination
• Draft routine correspondence and legal notices
• Liaise with court registrars and process servers

• Law degree or diploma in legal studies from a recognized institution
• 0-2 years of legal experience; fresh graduates welcome
• Strong organizational and filing skills
• Basic knowledge of Myanmar court procedures
• Computer literacy including word processing and spreadsheets
• Fluent in Myanmar; English proficiency preferred
