Job Description
CDH Kenya is looking for a laterally hired Partner to lead its Projects & Infrastructure practice in Nairobi. The firm seeks a rainmaker with an existing client base in energy, transport, water, or ICT infrastructure to build out CDH's East African project finance offering. CDH's pan-African platform spans 5 offices across the continent.
Responsibilities
Build and lead CDH Kenya's Projects & Infrastructure practice. Originate and lead mandates in energy, transport, and ICT infrastructure. Advise on PPP structuring, project finance, and concession agreements. Mentor and develop a team of associates. Contribute to CDH's pan-African strategy and cross-selling across offices.
Requirements
Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. 12+ years PQE with at least 5 years at partner level. Portable book of business in projects, infrastructure, or PPP work. Track record of leading large-scale transactions (>$50M). Established relationships with DFIs, lenders, and project sponsors.

KSh1,500,000 - KSh3,000,000/month
