Job Description

Mamić Perić Reberski Rimac seeks a Real Estate & Construction Attorney to handle property acquisitions, commercial lease agreements, construction permits, and land registry matters. The role involves advising domestic and international investors on Croatian real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

Advise on property acquisitions, sales, and lease negotiations. Conduct title searches and land registry due diligence. Draft and review construction contracts and permits documentation. Represent clients before Croatian courts in property disputes. Coordinate with notaries on real estate closings.

Requirements

Croatian law degree and Bar admission. 3-5 years of experience in real estate and construction law. Familiarity with Croatian Land Registry Act and Spatial Planning Act. Proficiency in English required. Experience with hotel and tourism-related real estate projects is a plus.
