Job Description

Mamić Perić Reberski Rimac is expanding its Split office and seeks a Tourism & Hospitality Lawyer to advise hotel groups, resort operators, and tourism investors on licensing, concessions, real estate, and regulatory matters unique to Croatia's Adriatic coast.

Responsibilities

Advise hotel operators and tourism investors on licensing and permits. Draft management agreements, franchise contracts, and concession applications. Handle regulatory compliance for hospitality businesses including food safety and employment. Support real estate acquisitions of coastal and island properties. Coordinate with local authorities on spatial planning and construction permits.

Requirements

Croatian law degree and Bar admission. 1-3 years of legal experience, ideally in hospitality, real estate, or commercial law. Familiarity with Croatian Tourism Services Act and concession legislation. Fluent in Croatian and English. Based in or willing to relocate to Split.
