Job Description

Mamić Perić Reberski Rimac is hiring a Paralegal for its Dubrovnik office to support tourism and real estate transactions. You will assist with land registry filings, due diligence, and permit applications for hospitality and coastal property projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare land registry applications and conduct title searches. Assist lawyers with real estate due diligence and closing documentation. File concession and permit applications with local authorities. Coordinate with notaries, surveyors, and municipal offices. Maintain case files and deadline tracking for property transactions.

Requirements

Completed or ongoing law degree or paralegal certification. Knowledge of Croatian Land Registry system and basic property law. Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple files. Proficiency in Croatian and English. Based in or willing to relocate to Dubrovnik.
