Responsable Contrats et Partenariats — Orange Madagascar

Orange Madagascar is seeking a senior Responsable Contrats et Partenariats to manage the company's commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and strategic partnerships. Based at the Andraharo campus in Antananarivo, this senior legal role involves overseeing a portfolio of hundreds of contracts spanning tower site leases, equipment procurement, service level agreements, distribution partnerships, and enterprise client agreements.

The position requires a commercially minded legal professional who can balance legal risk management with business objectives. You will negotiate complex multi-million Ariary contracts, manage the company's contract lifecycle management system, and provide strategic counsel to business units on partnership structures and commercial terms.

• Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and management of all commercial contracts
• Negotiate tower site leases, equipment procurement contracts, and service agreements
• Manage the contract lifecycle management system and ensure contract compliance
• Advise business units on commercial terms, risk allocation, and partnership structures
• Handle contract disputes and claim management with vendors and partners
• Supervise a team of contract analysts and junior legal staff
• Coordinate with Orange Group procurement on global framework agreements
• Develop and implement contract management policies and templates

• Master's degree in business law or commercial law
• Minimum 7 years of experience in contract management or commercial law
• Extensive experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry contracts and commercial practices
• Strong understanding of Malagasy commercial law and OHADA Uniform Acts
• Fluency in French and English for international vendor negotiations
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems
• Leadership experience managing a small legal or contracts team
