RTM Law Office is hiring a Secrétaire Juridique (Legal Secretary/Paralegal) for its Mahajanga office. Responsibilities
- Prepare and format legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- File documents at the Tribunal de Première Instance de Mahajanga
- Coordinate with the greffe on hearing schedules and case status
- Manage and organize case files, both physical and electronic
- Schedule client appointments and manage attorney calendars
- Maintain the firm's document archive and filing system
- Answer client calls and handle routine inquiries
- Prepare hearing bundles and organize evidence files
Requirements
- Licence en Droit or equivalent legal qualification
- 0-2 years of experience in a legal office environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in French language typing and document formatting
- Knowledge of court filing procedures and legal document types
- Fluency in French and Malagasy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
