Position Overview
Job Description
MRB Attorneys, one of Rwanda's premier law firms, is looking for a Senior Associate to lead its Investment Advisory practice. You will advise on major transactions in banking, energy and infrastructure sectors, working closely with international and domestic investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investment structuring and transaction advisory for major projects
- Conduct legal and regulatory due diligence
- Draft and negotiate investment agreements and joint venture documents
- Advise on Rwanda investment law and incentive frameworks
- Coordinate with RDB on investment registration and incentives
Requirements
- LLB degree; LLM preferred
- Admitted by the Rwanda Bar Association
- Minimum 5 years transactional experience
- Experience in banking, energy or infrastructure sectors
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
