Job Description
Telia Lietuva is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead commercial and procurement legal matters in Vilnius. You will advise on major vendor contracts, technology procurement, and strategic partnerships for Lithuania's largest telecommunications company.
The role involves negotiating high-value IT infrastructure, network equipment, and technology services agreements. You will ensure compliance with the Viesuju pirkimu istatymas (Law on Public Procurement) where applicable, and manage legal risk across Telia Lietuva's extensive vendor and partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Lead negotiations on major technology procurement and vendor contracts for Telia Lietuva. Advise on compliance with the Viesuju pirkimu istatymas for public procurement obligations. Draft and negotiate strategic partnership, outsourcing, and managed services agreements. Manage legal risk across Telia Lietuva's vendor and supplier portfolio. Coordinate with Telia Company group legal on Nordic-Baltic commercial matters.
Requirements
Teises magistras or equivalent law degree. 5-8 years of experience in commercial law, procurement, or technology transactions. Experience negotiating complex technology and infrastructure agreements. Knowledge of Lithuanian commercial law and the Viesuju pirkimu istatymas. Fluent in Lithuanian and English; Scandinavian languages are an advantage.
