Job Description
The CNMV (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores) is recruiting a Técnico Jurídico at its headquarters at Calle Edison 4 in Madrid. You will contribute to the supervision of Spain's securities markets, reviewing prospectuses, investigating market abuse, and ensuring compliance by listed companies and financial intermediaries under the Ley del Mercado de Valores (Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015).
Responsabilidades Principales
- Review prospectuses and offering documents for compliance with the Ley del Mercado de Valores and EU Prospectus Regulation
- Investigate potential market abuse cases — insider trading and market manipulation — under the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)
- Supervise periodic reporting and corporate governance disclosures by IBEX 35 and Mercado Continuo listed companies
- Draft regulatory guidance, circulars, and consultation papers
- Participate in ESMA working groups and peer reviews
Requisitos
- Licenciado/Graduado en Derecho or Economics/Business Administration
- 2-5 years experience in securities law, capital markets, or financial regulation
- Knowledge of Ley del Mercado de Valores (RDL 4/2015), MAR, and MiFID II
- Good English for ESMA coordination; Spanish native
