Thommessen invites applications for a Competition Law Partner to lead complex merger control filings and antitrust investigations before the Norwegian Competition Authority and European Commission.

Responsibilities

Lead merger control notifications and Phase II proceedings. Represent clients in dawn raids and cartel investigations. Develop the competition law practice and client base. Provide strategic counsel to boards on compliance programs.

Requirements

Master of Laws with specialization in competition law. Minimum 12 years of experience including regulatory proceedings. Established client portfolio preferred. Fluency in Norwegian and English.
