Internship Description

Dentons HH&M, part of the world's largest law firm by headcount, offers a prestigious pupillage in its Banking & Finance department. Pupils gain exposure to international project finance, syndicated lending, and capital markets transactions while benefiting from Dentons' global network and training resources.

Responsibilities

Assist in drafting loan facility agreements, security documentation, and compliance certificates. Research CBK regulations and international banking standards. Support transaction closings and prepare closing bibles. Attend client presentations and pitch preparations.

Requirements

LLB from a recognized university with at least Second Class Honours (Upper Division). Completed KSL ATP. Interest in banking, finance, or capital markets law. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
