Position Overview
Internship Description
Noerr offers Referendariat placements (Anwaltsstation) in our Real Estate practice in Berlin. You will work on high-value commercial real estate transactions in one of Germany's most dynamic property markets, gaining practical experience that will prepare you for a career in real estate law.
Responsibilities
- Assist with real estate acquisitions and due diligence reviews
- Research property law questions including Grundbuch and land registration matters
- Draft contract summaries and transaction memoranda
- Attend notary appointments and transaction closings
- Support the team with lease reviews and tenant negotiations
Requirements
- Erstes Staatsexamen with at least 7.5 points (Praedikatsexamen preferred)
- Currently in Referendariat, seeking Anwaltsstation or Wahlstation
- Interest in real estate law and commercial property transactions
- Basic knowledge of BGB property law (Sachenrecht) and GrEStG
- Fluent in German; good English skills
- Duration: 3 months
Note: Referendare receive their state Unterhaltsbeihilfe. Noerr provides an additional monthly allowance.
