Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Commercial Contracts Analyst based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, legal contracting, and pricing analysis within a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will play a key part in structuring, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements that directly support sales execution and revenue growth. The position involves close collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Business Operations to ensure deals are both competitive and compliant. You will analyze pricing structures, optimize deal terms, and help resolve contracting challenges that arise across complex customer engagements. Beyond day-to-day contracting, you will contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability across commercial workflows. This is a high-impact role where your work directly supports global healthcare access and innovation in diagnostics.

Accountabilities:

    • Structure, draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including master agreements, pricing contracts, distributor agreements, and amendments, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.
    • Provide pricing and deal structuring analysis to support competitive, accurate, and commercially viable offers.
    • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations to resolve contracting issues and support deal closure.
    • Ensure all contract terms comply with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and applicable legal frameworks.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance contracting processes and workflows.
    • Assist in maintaining contracting standards, templates, and documentation to improve consistency and efficiency across the organization.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience in contracts, pricing, legal operations, or commercial analysis.
      • Experience in drafting, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences environments.
      • Strong understanding of pricing analysis and deal structuring principles within a commercial sales context.
      • Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks, including fraud and abuse laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and HIPAA.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex deal structures and identify risk or optimization opportunities.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.
      • Experience with CLM systems, Salesforce, or pricing tools is a plus, as well as exposure to process improvement methodologies.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary with eligibility for performance-based bonus or incentive compensation.
        • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
        • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution options.
        • Paid time off, holidays, and additional wellness-focused leave programs.
        • Remote-first work arrangement with flexibility to support work-life balance.
        • Career development opportunities within a global life sciences and diagnostics organization.
        • Exposure to high-impact commercial deals in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
