Job Description
INA d.d. is hiring a Compliance Officer focused on anti-corruption, sanctions screening, and corporate ethics. You will maintain INA's compliance programme, conduct internal investigations, and ensure adherence to Croatian anti-corruption laws and EU/US sanctions regimes.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update INA's anti-corruption policies and code of conduct. Conduct sanctions screening and due diligence on business partners. Lead internal investigations into compliance allegations. Deliver compliance training across business divisions. Report to the Ethics Committee and coordinate with USKOK on regulatory matters.
Requirements
Croatian law degree. 3-5 years of compliance, anti-corruption, or regulatory experience. Knowledge of Croatian Anti-Corruption Strategy, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and EU sanctions regulations. Fluent in Croatian and English. Compliance certification (e.g., CCEP) is a plus.
