Dispute Resolution Solicitor - McCann FitzGerald
McCann FitzGerald is looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our highly regarded litigation team at our Docklands offices in Dublin. You will handle complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, and multi-jurisdictional litigation matters before the Irish Courts, including the High Court and Court of Appeal.
The role involves acting for leading Irish and international companies in high-value disputes, arbitrations, and regulatory proceedings. You will also advise on alternative dispute resolution and mediation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex commercial litigation through the Irish Courts
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, and legal submissions
- Advise on regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings
- Represent clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings
- Conduct legal research on Irish and EU case law

Requirements
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland
- 4-7 years PQE in dispute resolution or commercial litigation
- Experience with High Court and Superior Courts proceedings
- Strong advocacy and legal research skills
- Knowledge of arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA) is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
