Job Description
Britam, one of Kenya's largest insurance groups, is seeking a lawyer to manage its litigation portfolio and insurance claims disputes. Handle motor vehicle, life, and general insurance claim disputes across Kenyan courts.
Responsibilities
Manage insurance claims litigation portfolio. Defend the company in court proceedings. Review and advise on claims settlements. Draft policy wordings and endorsements.
Requirements
LLB degree. Advocate of the High Court. 2-4 years experience in insurance law or commercial litigation. Understanding of the Insurance Act and IRA regulations.

KSh180,000 - KSh320,000/month
