International Arbitration Counsel — Naschitz Brandes Amir, Tel Aviv
Naschitz Brandes Amir (NBA), one of Israel's leading firms for international dispute resolution, is seeking an International Arbitration Counsel to strengthen its Rothschild Boulevard-area practice. NBA's arbitration team handles ICC, LCIA, ICSID, and ad hoc proceedings involving Israeli parties and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Israeli and international clients in ICC, LCIA, ICSID, and UNCITRAL arbitration proceedings
- Draft statements of claim, statements of defense, witness statements, and post-hearing briefs
- Advise on enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Israel under the New York Convention and the Arbitration Law 5728-1968
- Handle bilateral investment treaty (BIT) arbitration claims involving the State of Israel
- Advise on international commercial contract disputes with Israeli nexus
- Coordinate with international co-counsel on multi-jurisdictional arbitration proceedings
- Represent clients in arbitration-related proceedings before Israeli courts including applications for interim measures and challenges to arbitral awards

Requirements
- Israel Bar Association membership; dual admission (New York, England & Wales) strongly preferred
- 6-10 years of international arbitration experience at a top firm or arbitral institution
- Experience with ICC, LCIA, or ICSID proceedings as counsel
- Knowledge of Israeli Arbitration Law 5728-1968 and the New York Convention
- LLB from Hebrew University, Tel Aviv University, or equivalent; LLM from a leading international program
- Native-level English and fluent Hebrew; French is an advantage
- Published scholarship in international arbitration or investment law is a plus
