Job Description

CMS Zagreb is looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer based in Osijek to serve clients in the Slavonia region. You will handle company formations, commercial contracts, agricultural law matters, and support CMS's investment advisory practice in eastern Croatia.

Responsibilities

Advise on company formations, transformations, and liquidations. Draft commercial contracts and general terms of business. Support foreign investors on land acquisition and agricultural investments. Handle regulatory filings with the Commercial Court in Osijek. Assist with due diligence for M&A transactions in the region.

Requirements

Croatian law degree and Bar admission. 1-2 years of corporate or commercial law experience. Knowledge of Croatian Companies Act and Agricultural Land Act. Fluent in Croatian and English. Based in or willing to relocate to Osijek.
