The role offers broad exposure to cross-border legal work, including contract negotiations, licensing, corporate transactions, and governance. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external advisors to ensure legal compliance and enable sustainable business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional who thrives in an international and evolving environment. The position is fully remote and offers the flexibility to work across multiple jurisdictions.

Accountabilities

    • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, technology, service, marketing, affiliate, partnership, payment provider, and confidentiality agreements.
    • Provide practical legal advice on commercial, corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters to internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.
    • Support licensing activities and regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions, including license applications, renewals, and ongoing regulatory obligations.
    • Monitor legal and regulatory developments, assess potential business impacts, and recommend appropriate actions to maintain compliance.
    • Contribute to corporate structuring, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, transaction documentation, and implementation of strategic initiatives.
    • Partner closely with Compliance and Finance teams on legal matters related to governance, AML, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with the development and review of internal policies, privacy documentation, terms and conditions, and other legal frameworks.
    • Coordinate with external legal counsel, regulators, and professional advisors while proactively identifying legal risks and delivering commercially focused solutions.
    • Requirements

      • Law degree obtained in an EU jurisdiction.
      • Minimum of 3 years of legal experience within iGaming, online gambling, fintech, cryptocurrency, or another highly regulated industry.
      • Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts.
      • Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, contract, and regulatory law.
      • Experience supporting international operations across multiple jurisdictions and corporate structures.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
      • Ability to work independently while delivering pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice.
      • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously.
      • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach in a dynamic environment.
      • Experience with iGaming licensing, gaming operators, crypto or digital assets, data protection, privacy, M&A, or cross-border transactions would be considered an advantage.
      • Benefits

        • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunities.
        • Fully remote working arrangement with flexible working hours.
        • Opportunity to contribute to an innovative and rapidly growing international business.
        • Exposure to complex cross-border legal and regulatory matters.
        • Collaborative, inclusive, and supportive working environment.
