Job Description
Grameenphone is hiring a Legal Counsel to manage commercial contracts and vendor agreements. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements supporting the company's telecom operations.
Responsibilities
Draft and review commercial contracts including vendor agreements, service agreements, and NDAs. Negotiate terms with suppliers, tower companies, and technology vendors. Advise business teams on contractual obligations and risks. Manage contract lifecycle and renewal processes. Support procurement and supply chain teams on legal matters.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts. Experience in telecom, technology, or FMCG sectors preferred. Strong drafting and negotiation skills in English. Knowledge of Bangladesh contract law and commercial practices.
