Job Description
Legal Project Manager — Cross-Functional Legal Operations (Remote)
Notion is looking for a Legal Project Manager to coordinate legal workstreams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive operational excellence across our growing legal team.
This is a remote position open to candidates in the US. Notion's legal team uses our own product to manage projects, track matters, and collaborate asynchronously.
What You'll Do:
- Manage complex legal projects including product launches, regulatory filings, and litigation matters
- Coordinate cross-functional legal workstreams with product, engineering, and business teams
- Build and maintain project tracking systems using Notion
- Develop legal team processes, workflows, and documentation standards
- Track legal department budget and outside counsel spend

Responsibilities
Manage multi-workstream legal projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate cross-functional teams on legal deliverables. Build and optimize project management workflows. Track legal department metrics, budgets, and timelines. Develop documentation standards and knowledge management practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; JD, PMP, or paralegal certification preferred. 3-5 years in legal project management, legal operations, or law firm practice management. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Experience with legal technology and matter management systems. Strong communication skills for remote team collaboration.
