ACCRALAW is seeking a Litigation Attorney for its Davao City satellite operations to serve the firm's growing client base in Mindanao. The attorney will handle civil, commercial, and labor litigation before Regional Trial Courts and quasi-judicial bodies in the Davao region.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle civil and commercial litigation matters before Regional Trial Courts and Municipal Trial Courts in the Davao region
• Represent clients in labor disputes before NLRC-Region XI and DOLE-Davao
• Manage intellectual property enforcement actions and anti-counterfeiting operations in Mindanao
• Advise clients on local business regulations, permits, and compliance in Davao City and surrounding provinces
• Coordinate with ACCRALAW's Manila BGC office on complex multi-jurisdictional matters
• Attend mediation proceedings and court-annexed mediation sessions

• Admitted to the Philippine Bar with active IBP membership
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to Mindanao courts
• Strong knowledge of the Rules of Court, civil procedure, and labor dispute resolution
• J.D. or LL.B. from a recognized Philippine law school
• Excellent oral advocacy and brief-writing skills
• Willingness to be based in Davao City with travel to other Mindanao areas
• Proficiency in Bisaya or other Mindanao languages is a plus
