Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a maritime lawyer to join our Mombasa office handling shipping disputes, port operations legal matters, and admiralty claims. The port of Mombasa is East Africa's largest port and our team advises on complex maritime commercial matters.

Responsibilities

Handle maritime claims and admiralty proceedings. Advise on bills of lading disputes and cargo claims. Represent clients in port authority matters. Draft charter party agreements and shipping contracts.

Requirements

LLB degree. Advocate of the High Court. 3+ years experience in maritime, shipping, or international trade law. Knowledge of the Merchant Shipping Act 2009.

Compensation

KSh200,000 - KSh400,000/month
