Job Description

SEB Banka is looking for a Paralegal to support the legal department in banking operations, including loan documentation, security registration, and regulatory filing. This role provides excellent exposure to banking law in a major Nordic financial institution.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review standard loan documentation and security agreements. File mortgage registrations and commercial pledges with the Land Register and Enterprise Register. Maintain legal document databases and track regulatory filing deadlines. Assist lawyers with KYC documentation and regulatory correspondence.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in law. 0-2 years of experience, preferably in a banking or financial environment. Familiarity with mortgage registration procedures and the Land Register. Attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes. Fluent in Latvian and English.
