Job Description

๐Ÿš€ Weโ€™re on a mission to make real estate transactions smarter, faster, and friction-free.

๐Ÿข Real estate is the worldโ€™s largest asset class, yet the legal processes and tools behind it remain slow, manual, and underinvested. Lawyers must review dense documents line by line and piece together information across silos, all while clients demand faster, more transparent due diligence.

๐Ÿค– That's where we come in. Orbital Copilot is the AI assistant built exclusively for commercial real estate law. Developed with former practicing real estate lawyers, it accelerates complex due diligence by up to 70% while delivering legal-grade precision.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Weโ€™ve just raised a $60m Series B to accelerate our UK/US expansion.

๐Ÿค We're trusted by leading firms like Goodwin and BCLP to remove the busywork so legal teams can focus on what they do best: applying sharp legal judgment, delivering standout client service, and getting deals over the line faster.

๐Ÿ’ก Working at Orbital means joining a team that's reimagining how real estate transactions get done - moving fast, working collaboratively, and giving people the ownership to make a real impact from day one.

Role Overview ๐Ÿ”Ž

As a real estate attorney, you'll partner with major firms and in-house teams, showing them how to apply our AI to their most complex workflows. You will be the bridge between their legal practice and our product, guiding them through change and shaping how a multi-billion dollar industry operates. This is a chance to use your legal expertise to influence the future of real estate law.

The opportunity here is real, but it's also genuinely hard. We're a Series B company scaling from 100 to over 200 people in 2026, and we trust you to help us build the playbook, not just follow one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with Account Executives to demonstrate how our solutions solve real-world legal issues.

  • Engage directly with partners and legal teams to uncover their pain points and identify high-impact use cases for AI.

  • Design and oversee tailored product demonstrations and pilot programs for specific practice groups.

  • Coach attorneys through the adoption of new technology and workflows, adapting your approach to fit their firm's culture.

  • Act as the legal "Voice of the Customer," translating feedback into actionable insights for our Product and Engineering teams.

The Impact You'll Have

Your work will directly influence the adoption of AI in a sector that's been stuck in archaic processes for decades. You'll help top law firms transform their practices, and your insights will shape the future of our product, helping us solve problems no one else has cracked yet.

๐Ÿ”’ Security is everyoneโ€™s responsibility at Orbital. Reporting risks or incidents quickly helps us maintain the strong culture of security and compliance we all depend on.

๐Ÿ’ก At Orbital, weโ€™re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We especially welcome applications from people who are traditionally underrepresented in tech. Even if you donโ€™t meet every single requirement, or if the right role isnโ€™t listed yet, weโ€™d still love to hear from you.
