Job Description

GALA is looking for a Real Estate and Construction Attorney to handle property transactions, development permits, and construction disputes in Panama's booming real estate market. The role covers titled and rights-of-possession land, condominium developments, and government concessions.

Responsibilities

Conduct title searches and due diligence at the Registro Público. Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, lease contracts, and development agreements. Advise on environmental impact assessments for construction projects. Handle condominium regime formation and propiedad horizontal filings. Represent clients in construction arbitration disputes.

Requirements

Licenciatura en Derecho. Colegio Nacional de Abogados de Panamá membership. 3-6 years of experience in real estate law. Knowledge of the Registro Público de Panamá and property title systems. Bilingual Spanish/English.
