This is a high-impact legal and commercial leadership role responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contract management across a fast-growing cybersecurity organization. You will act as a key advisor to sales, procurement, and executive stakeholders, ensuring contracts are structured, negotiated, and executed efficiently while protecting business interests. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on contract negotiation, requiring strong business judgment and attention to detail. You will refine contracting processes, improve playbooks, and implement scalable systems that support rapid organizational growth. Operating in a dynamic SaaS and cybersecurity environment, you will help accelerate deal velocity while maintaining compliance and risk discipline. This position also plays a central role in enabling cross-functional alignment between legal, finance, and go-to-market teams.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead the management, negotiation, and optimization of all corporate contracts, ensuring consistency, compliance, and business alignment across functions. You will oversee the development and continuous improvement of contracting processes, playbooks, and templates to support scalable growth.

    • Review, draft, redline, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including NDAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, MSAs, and partnership agreements
    • Own and continuously improve the contract playbook, templates, and standard terms to streamline execution and reduce risk
    • Partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Executive teams to support contract structuring and negotiation strategy
    • Manage contract lifecycle processes using contract management systems (e.g., Conga Contracts) and drive workflow optimization
    • Establish reporting and performance metrics to track contracting cycle times, bottlenecks, and operational efficiency
    • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contracting standards, compliance, and best practices
    • Support procurement workflows and ensure contractual obligations are properly documented and communicated
    • Advise leadership on contractual risks, escalations, and complex negotiation scenarios
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across contracting operations, systems, and documentation
    • Requirements:

This role requires extensive experience in contract management within SaaS or technology-driven environments, with proven ability to negotiate complex commercial and international agreements. You will bring strong legal-commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.

      • 8+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial contracting roles
      • Strong experience negotiating SaaS agreements and complex commercial contracts in a corporate environment
      • Experience with international contracts and cross-border commercial arrangements
      • Familiarity with U.S. federal contracting frameworks (FAR/DFARS and multi-award schedules) is highly valued
      • Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements end-to-end
      • Experience using contract lifecycle management tools (Conga Contracts or similar platforms)
      • Strong understanding of procurement processes and commercial best practices
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate legal terms into clear business guidance
      • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
      • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business, Legal Studies, Finance, or equivalent experience; certifications (e.g., NCMA or paralegal training) are a plus
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives
        • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
        • Retirement savings plan with employer contribution options
        • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible leave policies
        • Remote-friendly work environment within the United States
        • Professional development and career growth opportunities
        • Exposure to high-impact cybersecurity and SaaS contract negotiations.
