Job Description
Senior legal role at Ghana's central bank advising on financial stability frameworks, resolution of distressed banks, and development of prudential regulations for the financial sector.
Responsibilities
Advise the Governor and Board on financial stability legal frameworks. Draft legislation and regulations for the banking sector. Lead legal aspects of bank resolution and receivership proceedings. Represent the Bank in regulatory negotiations and international forums.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Called to the Ghana Bar. 7-12 years experience in financial regulation, banking law, or central banking. Masters degree in Law or Finance preferred.
