Job Description

As Talent Acquisition Coordination Specialist and Audit Representative, you will help support our University Relation, Global Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on the day-to-day tasks that keep project teams running, assisting with improving team systems, tools, and procedures, and serving as the point of contact for audit-related responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide all administrative and activities support for Early Career Recruiting
  • Manage end-to-end process of Early Career Recruiting e.g. manages candidate interview scheduling, verifies details of jobs in SmartRecruiters, creates offer letters and obtains required approvals through the system and initiates pre-hire on-boarding for new employees
  • Enters data into automated systems and audits data entry
  • Verifies completeness and accuracy of documents
  • May assist in the new-hire orientation process
  • Ensure effective and close communications with stakeholders/hiring managers.
  • Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with universities and other educational institutions
  • Manage, support and maintain audit process and readiness for country
  • Participates on project teams as assigned
  • Ideate on creative solutions for challenges
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

This position is part of our Early Career program at WD. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.

REQUIRED:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Arts and Social Science, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working in HR or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • New graduated is welcomed.
  • Proactive working with a team and having attentions to details.

PREFERRED:

  • Willing and able to travel to support audits or related activities at BPI and other locations as required
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Knowledge of Thai Labor Law and related laws
  • Knowledge in Integrated Management System, Compliance Awareness and RBA
  • Strong understanding of administrative operations in Staffing/HR

SKILL:

  • Good written and oral communication in Thai and English
  • Good interpersonal and relational skills
  • Detail-oriented and have a strong ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficient calendaring in Outlook and using Intranet/Internet
  • Organized and Creative
  • Influencing and coordinating the efforts of others
