Under Section 146 of the BSA 2023, when the leading questions are permissible in the court proceedings?

  1. A Leading questions are always allowed during examination- in chief without restriction,
  2. B Leading questions are not allowed during cross-examination
  3. C Leading questions can be asked in an examination-in chief, re-examination, cross examination without any objection.
