Legal Salary Guide Namibia 2026

Namibia's legal salaries are competitive within the SADC region, particularly in the mining and financial sectors. The NAD is pegged 1:1 to the South African Rand. All figures per month.

By Experience

  • Candidate Attorney: 5,000 – 10,000 NAD
  • Junior (1–3 yrs): 10,000 – 18,000 NAD
  • Mid (3–7 yrs): 18,000 – 35,000 NAD
  • Senior (7+ yrs): 35,000 – 60,000 NAD
  • Partner/GC: 55,000 – 100,000+ NAD
