AMMC — Autorité Marocaine du Marché des Capitaux

L'Autorité Marocaine du Marché des Capitaux (AMMC) is Morocco's independent securities and capital markets regulator, headquartered on Avenue Annakhil in the Hay Riad administrative quarter of Rabat. The AMMC replaced the former Conseil Déontologique des Valeurs Mobilières (CDVM) and is responsible for ensuring market integrity, investor protection, and regulatory compliance across the Bourse de Casablanca, collective investment schemes (OPCVM), and public offerings.
