Banco de Chile

One of Chile's largest and most established banks, headquartered in Santiago centro on Ahumada street in the historic financial district. Banco de Chile is a systemically important financial institution regulated by the Comision para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) and the Banco Central de Chile. The in-house legal department handles banking regulation compliance, anti-money laundering (Ley 19.913), consumer credit protection, capital markets operations on the Bolsa de Santiago, and corporate governance across the bank's extensive branch network.
