Banco Industrial is Guatemala's largest bank by assets and the dominant financial institution in Central America's biggest economy. Founded in 1968 and headquartered at Centro Financiero Torre 1 on 7a Avenida in Zona 4, the bank employs over 10,000 staff and operates through a nationwide network of 240+ branches, more than 300 ATMs, and approximately 1,400 service points across Guatemala. Through its parent Bi Capital Corporation, the bank offers commercial and consumer banking, corporate lending, trade finance, insurance, fiduciary services, and digital banking. Its legal division handles banking regulation under Superintendencia de Bancos oversight, anti-money laundering compliance, commercial litigation, labor law for its massive workforce, and regulatory matters before Guatemala's financial authorities.
