Belgian Competition Authority (BCA)

The Belgian Competition Authority (Belgische Mededingingsautoriteit/Autorité belge de la concurrence) is the national competition enforcement body headquartered on the Rue du Progrès in Brussels. The BCA investigates anti-competitive agreements, abuses of dominant position, and reviews merger notifications under Book IV of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (CEL/WER). The authority works in close coordination with the European Competition Network (ECN) and DG Competition of the European Commission.
