Capital Market Authority (CMA) Oman

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) is Oman's securities regulator, headquartered in the Al Khuwair district of Muscat. Established by Royal Decree 80/98, the CMA oversees the Muscat Stock Exchange, regulates insurance companies, and enforces securities laws and corporate governance standards in the Sultanate. The Authority's legal division handles enforcement actions, licensing, capital markets regulation, and investor protection under the Capital Market Law.
