About Council for the Development of Cambodia
The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) is the highest-level government body for private and public sector investment in Cambodia, chaired by the Prime Minister and based in Phnom Penh. The CDC operates as the Royal Government's One-Stop Service for investment approvals, managing development cooperation, private investment, and special economic zones through its sub-bodies: the Cambodian Investment Board (CIB) and the Cambodian Special Economic Zone Board (CSEZB). The CDC's legal team reviews investment applications, grants incentives, drafts investment regulations, and monitors compliance of approved projects.
