CRDB Bank Plc is one of the largest commercial banks in Tanzania, originally established in July 1984 as the Cooperative Rural Development Bank of Tanzania and privatized in 1996. Headquartered at Palm Beach on Ally Hassan Mwinyi Road in Upanga East, Dar es Salaam, the bank provides comprehensive banking services to individuals, SMEs, government, large businesses, and the agriculture sector. CRDB is listed on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange.
