CYTA - Cyprus Telecommunications Authority

CYTA is a semi-governmental organisation and the leading provider of integrated electronic communications in Cyprus, headquartered at Telecommunications Street in Strovolos, Nicosia. Established in 1955, CYTA is the dominant provider of fixed-line, mobile, and internet services across the island and operates an extensive submarine fibre optic cable network linking Cyprus with Greece, Israel, and Egypt. The legal and regulatory affairs department manages telecommunications regulation, EU digital single market compliance, data protection, commercial contracts, and procurement law.
