DIFC Courts

The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts is an independent common law judiciary operating within the DIFC free zone. Established under Dubai Law No. 12 of 2004, the DIFC Courts provide a world-class dispute resolution forum with proceedings conducted in English. Located at the DIFC Gate Village, the Courts comprise a Court of First Instance and a Court of Appeal, staffed by internationally renowned judges. The DIFC Courts handle commercial disputes, employment matters, arbitration-related applications, and enforcement of foreign judgments.
