DSK Bank EAD is one of Bulgaria's largest and oldest banks, headquartered at 19 Moskovska Street in Sofia's Oborishte district. Originally founded in 1951 as the State Savings Bank (Darzhavna spestovna kasa — ДСК) and privatised in 2003, DSK Bank became part of Hungary's OTP Group in 2003 and remains a flagship subsidiary of the OTP banking group, which is the largest independent banking group in Central and Eastern Europe.
