The Emirates Group, headquartered near Dubai International Airport in the Garhoud district, encompasses Emirates Airline and dnata. The Group's legal division manages aviation law, commercial contracts, employment matters, and regulatory compliance across over 80 countries. The in-house legal team advises on aircraft financing and leasing, route licensing, competition law, data protection under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021, and employment matters governed by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33/2021 on Labour Relations. With operations spanning six continents, the legal division handles complex cross-jurisdictional matters and GCAA regulatory compliance.
