Erste Bank Hungary

Erste Bank Hungary is a major commercial bank and member of Austria's Erste Group, headquartered at Népfürdő utca 24-26, District XIII (Angyalföld), on Pest's northern riverbank near Margit Bridge. Established in 1986 and part of Erste Group since 1997, the bank serves hundreds of thousands of retail and corporate customers. The in-house legal division handles banking regulation, mortgage and consumer credit compliance, AML/KYC, EU prudential requirements, and corporate finance transactions.
