Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) is the state-owned oil company responsible for managing Kuwait's vast hydrocarbon resources. Headquartered in Shuwaikh, Kuwait City, KPC oversees subsidiaries including KNPC, KOC, KOTC, and EQUATE. The Legal Affairs Department manages oil and gas contracts, joint ventures, international arbitration, environmental compliance, and government procurement across one of the world's largest petroleum enterprises.
