The team advises blue-chip multinationals, leading financial institutions, asset managers, and private equity sponsors on structuring and launching Luxembourg fund platforms (UCITS, AIFs, RAIFs, SIFs), complex holding and financing structures under the SOPARFI regime, and cross-border M&A transactions. Linklaters' Luxembourg regulatory practice works closely with the CSSF on fund management company authorisations, AIFMD compliance, and ESG disclosure requirements under Luxembourg's implementation of the SFDR and EU Taxonomy frameworks.
